Assistance is available for part-time students taking between 20% and 59% of a full course load. Below is the application for part-time students. Eligibility for part-time Canada Student Loans and Grants is assessed based on student income and family size. The amount of funding awarded is calculated based on education costs, including tuition, compulsory fees, learning supplies (i.e., text books and instruments), local transportation, and daycare. Eligible part-time students in Canada could get up to a maximum of $10,000 outstanding federal loans in addition to grant funding.
To be considered eligible, students must be a Grade 12 graduate (2012 or later) and enrol in a Saskatchewan post-secondary institution.
