An Investment Ready: Certified Site designation is issued to properties that have successfully completed a set of program requirements to demonstrate that the property is primed for development and ready for investment.

1. Contact the Investment Ready team for your pre-application consultation.
2. Submit your application package through Transfer Payment Ontario.
3. We will notify you if your site has been approved and email you with your notification of acceptance.
4. Complete the additional requirements within 2 years (the list is available in the Certification Instructions and Requirements Guide).
5. Receive a certification designation after all your assessments and documents have been completed, submitted and approved.
